The most popular and well-known dishes of Hungarian cuisine are prepared in our restaurant based on family recipes spanning several generations. The flavors of our kitchen take our guests back to the tastes of their childhood, when our mothers and grandmothers really put their heart and soul into food.
Our restaurant with an intimate atmosphere welcomes its guests with a seasonally changing menu, specialties of Hungarian and international cuisine, and a wine list carefully compiled by a sommelier (matching the dishes on the menu).
Our restaurant is excellent for family and friend gatherings (weddings, christenings, birthdays, company events, parties). Providing the back kitchen from our restaurant, our company has enough equipment for nearly 500-600 people.
János Zila opened his first business in 1977 on Kőbánya, which at first operated as a steakhouse, buffet-snack bar, and then, with the passing of the years and the opportunities that arose, turned into a small restaurant. The restaurant operates as a family business. The father’s legacy is carried on by his children, the restaurant is run by Zila Ildikó, while the kitchen is run by Csaba Zila.
